Gazette and every such report shall be laid before the House of tne State Legislature as soon as it is published.

The Board shall also submit to the State Government Statements such statistics, returns, particulars, documents, and returns. statements or papers in regard to any proposed or existing housing schemes or relating to any matter or proceedings connected with the working of the Board at such tines and in such forms and manner as may be prescrbed or as the State Government may, from time to tine direct.
