2::nd April , 2009) AN ACT to provide for transparency and accountability in the functioning of Municipalities in the State of Arunachal Pradesh. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arunachal Pradesh in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of the India as follows:-

1. ( 1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Short title, extent

Municipality Disclosure Act, 2009;

1. (2) It shall extend to such Municipalities, as may be

notified by the State Government of Amnachal

Pradesh from time to .ime ;
