General duty of the Municipal Returning Officer

Subject to the superintendence, direction and control of duties the Commission, the District Municipal Election Officer of District shall supervise the conduct of all elections within his Municipal jurisdiction. The District Municipal Election Officer shall perform such other functions as may be entrusted to him by the Commission.
