Staff of local authorities.

(1) Every local authority in the State shall, when so required by the Commission, make available to any Municipal Electoral Registration Officer such staff as may be necessary for the performance of any duties in connection with the preparation and revision of electoral rolls. (2) Such staff or officials referred in sub-section (I) shall be subject to the control and discipline of the State Election Commission during such process.
