Declaration of Heritage Building sites in Environmentally SensitiveAreas : (1)The

State Government may declare by a notification that within such areas of Heritage Building

sites in environmentally sensitive areas, any class of industries, operations, construction or development activities shall be regulated, or shall not be carried out without certain safeguards. (2)Without affecting the generality of sub-section (1), such safeguards though shall apply ,but not restricted to the following land use such as conversion of land from green uses such as horticulture areas, agriculture, parks, open space, wetlands,
