Travelling Allowance for immediate journey:
- (1) Where a member is required to perform an immediate journey on account of an emergency, his travelling allowance shall be regulated by such rules as may be made in this behalf by the Government.
- (2) Every such rule shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
