Repeal and Saving

1. (1) The Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Assembly ( Arunachal Pradesh) Order, I975 is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the

said Order so repealed shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the

provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
