Constitution and organization of the Armed Police

1. (1) The Armed Police shall consist of such number of battalions and other units as the state government may, from time to time, raise or maintain.
2. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Armed Police shall be constituted in such manner and divided into such branches and shall have such designation and ranks as the state government may, from time to time, direct.
