Notwithstanding anything contained in any section of this Act, no suit shall be

within six months from the date of the accrual of alleged cause or action.

123. (1) It shall be the duty of every Local Authority to give all the necessary information

in the possession of or under the control of its officers to the Market

free of any charges.

1. (2) It shall also be the duty of every Local Authority and its officers and staff concerned with the collection of octroi to give all the possible assistance to any , officer of the Market Committee in exercising his powers and discharging his duties under this Act.
