Division divide a Delineated market area for constituencies and reservation of seat

1. (1) The State Government shall, by notification or otherwise, divide a delineated market area into as much number of constituencies equal to the number of the representatives of the agriculturist to be chosen from such area but not less than ten.
2. (2) In case of direct election/selection for agriculturist Members to a Market of Committee, reservation of seats for Scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, other backward classes and women will be as per the State Government policy, as may be prescribed.
