Transitional provision

1. (7) On and from the commencement of this Act, all members of the Board of Management other than the Ex-Officio members of the respective Universities holding offices of such members shall cease to hold such offices and the Ex-Officio members of the respective Boards of Management shall discharge the functions of the Board of Management concerned till such time the new Executive Council is re-constituted in accordance with the provisions of the principal Act concerned as amended by this Act.
