Amendment of Act 6 of 1965

Amendment of Act 6 of 1965.—In the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 149,—

1. (1) in sub-section (1), for the word "Commissioner", the words "Commissioner or any officer authorized by the Government" shall be substituted;
2. (2) in sub-section (2), for the expression "the Commissioner may by order in writing direct", the expression "the Commissioner or any officer authorized by the Government may by order in writing direct" shall be substituted.
