Provided that the Executive Council may condone the delay, if any, in filing the appeal, if such delay is caused due to reasons beyond the control of the appellant.

Review Committee

1. (1) The Chancellor may appoint a committee consisting of one or more persons to make an enquiry and report in regard to the work and progress of the University in general, or in regard to any specific activity of the University.
2. (2) The Chancellor may, on receipt of the report of the said committee, made under sub-section (1), take such action and issue such directions as he considers necessary in respect of any matter dealt within the said report and the University shall be bound to comply with such directions.
