Short title, extent and commencement

Preliminary

1. (1) This Act may be called the Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Act, 2008.
2. (2) It extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th August, 2008.
