Establishment of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University

(1) There shall be established a University called Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University.with its headquarters at Visakhapatnam. The campuses of the University shall be located at Kadapa and at such other places as may be decided by the General Council. (2) The University shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued in the name of the Registrar of the University.
