Definitions

In this Act unless the context otherwise requires:- (i) "Academic Council" means the Academic Council of the University; (ii) "Chancellor" means the Chancellor of the University; (iii) "Executive Council" means the Executive Council of the University; (iv) "General Council" means the General Council of the University; (v) "Government" means the State Government of Andhra Pradesh; (vi) "Prescribed" means prescribed by statutes or regulations; (vii) "University" means Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008 established under section 3.
