Amendment of section 13, Act 2 of 1974

1. (2) for the words " not exceeding one yzrrr at a time 9p the words " not exceeding two-years at n time " shall be substituted and to the said sub-section the following proviso, shall be added, zamely :- " Provided that any person who is holding the Office of Speeia I Judicial Magistrate at the .commencement of the &de of Crimina' Procedure (Andhra Pradesh Amendment ) Act, 1 992 and has not corn1 pIeted sixty five years of age shall continue to hold o6ce for a term of two years from the date of his appointment ".
