Short title, extent and commencement

Short title, exterlt and conmmerrcrnent.--(I ) This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure ( Andhra Przdesh Amendmnt) Act, 1992.

1. (2) It extends to the wholc of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into forcs on such date as .the State Governmeat may, by notification in the Andhra Pradzsh Gazette, appoint.
