Operations by framing rules under this Act.

(1) The samples of aquaculture inputs/aquaculture equipment/aquaculture produce/aquaculture services shall be collected and analyzed in the prescribed manner. (2) The authority may engage third party agency for collection and analysis of randomized samples as in the manner prescribed.
