Committee appointed under sub-section (1) such other number of persons who are not members of the Authority, as it may think fit.

A person shall be disqualified from being appointed or continuing as a member of Authority or any committee of the authority, if he/she- (i) is medically found or declared to be of unsound mind ; (ii)is a person who having being declared an insolvent or bankrupt underany law in force, is a undischarged insolvent or bankrupt;
