Chief Executive Officer of the Board -(1) The State Government

shall appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual as the Chief Executive Officer of the Board.
- (2) The qualifications, salary, allowances and other conditions of
service of the Chief Executive Officer and other officers of the Board shall
be such as may be prescribed.
