Ports Security Advisory Committee -Every operating Port shall

have a Port Security Advisory Committee constituted as per the ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) Code: Provided that there shall be a member from the Port Department in a Port Security Advisory Committee of the Private Ports.
