Short title, extent, commencement and application -(1) This Act

may be called the Andhra Pradesh Occupants of Homesteads (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1976. (2)It extends to the whole of the State of AndhraPradesh. (3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14 th August, 1975.
