Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Minorities Component (Outlay, Allocation and Utilization of Financial Resources) Act, 2022.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
- (4) It shall ceases to have effect after the expiry of ten years from the date of commencement, except in respect of this done or omitted to be done before such ceases and upon such ceases the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891 shall apply as if this Act had been repealed by a State.
