Amendment of section 16

In section 16 of the principal Act, in subsection (2),

1. (i) for the expression " Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898" the expression " Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973" shall be substituted ;
2. (ii) in the marginal reference for the expression " Central Act 5 of 1898 " the expression " Central Act 2 of 1974 " shall be substituted.
