Amendment of section 2

In the Andhra Pradesh Lotteries Act, 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) in section 2,

1. (i) in subsection (1), clauses

1. (a) and
2. (c) shall be omitted ;
   • (ii) in sub-section (2), in clause (b), for the words " the authority " the words " the government " shall be substituted.
