- 23. No Court shall take cognizance of any offence or any violations punishable under this Act except with the previous sanction of the Chief Inspector of Lifts and Escalators.
- 24. Service of notices, order or documents
- 25. Protection of action taken in good faith
- 26. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any officer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done by or under this Act.
- 27. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act, i.e., appointed day.
