Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Act.

Repeals - (1) The Andhra Pradesh Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1961 (Act X of 1961) is hereby repealed and all proceedings pending thereunder shall abate: Provided that where any land surrendered has been taken over on payment of compensation under that Act the proceedings shall be continued in respect of such land under that Act, as if this Act had not been passed.

1. (2) The Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Lands (Prohibition of Alienation) Act, 1972 (Act 13 of 1972), is hereby repealed.
