Short title, extent and commencement

(I) This Act may be called the Andhra Short tltle, Prodesl~ Land Grabbing (~rohibitian) (Amendment) extent and kt, 1387. commence- ment. (2) It extends to the whole of the State. of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be d:emed to have come into force on the 18th September, 1986.
