Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called

2[Dr.Y.S.R. Horticultural University Act, 2007].

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 26th June, 2007.
