Duly oJ Commission to make ~ecummendaiions, -It shall be thc duty of the Commission to recommend to the concerned Director/ Commissioner, a tist of candidates sefecred by it for appointmcnts to fill the vacancies communicatcd to it under Section 9."

1. (1) Appointments to all the vacancies required to be communicated to the Commission under Section 9 shall, on or from such date as the Commission may notify in respcct of vacancies -.existin-g in the colleges under the control of Director1 Commissioner concerned shatl be made by him only on the recorn- mendation of the Commission.
2. (2) If in any year, -the Commission is unablc to make recommen- dations for . appointments to all the vacnucies communicated to it under Section 9 or if the Director/Commissioner concerned is unabIe to make appointments in any year on th: basis of the recommendations made by thc Commission, the v-~cancics ;'I 111 b: carried forward :a the subsequent year." 4. Amendment of Section 14 Amcnclntent of Section 1 4. -111 Section I 4 bf the principal '-Act. for the words "any college" and "the colicge", the words "thecon- etrhed Di~ctor/Commissioner" shall be substituted. 5. Repeal of Ordinance Repeal oj Ordinat~ce. --The And hra Pradesh College Ser~ice Commission(Amendment) Ordinance, 1992 ishereby 11,of 1'992 , ' repealed. 6.
