Amendment of section 21

2. In the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014, (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), in section 21, for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely,- "(1). The Government shall appoint a Commissioner as the Chief Executive of the Authority who possesses qualifications and eligibility to be posted as District Collector in the State."
