Power of entry and inspection

1. (1) Any officer authorised by the Government or by the Breeding Authority in this behalf may, at all reasonable times, enter and inspect any Semen Station, Artificial Insemination Centre, mobile Artificial Insemination unit, any place where bovine semen is stored, or any premises where Artificial Insemination is being carried out, for the purpose of ensuring that the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder are being complied with.
2. (2) Every person in charge of such Semen Station or Artificial Insemination Centre or premises shall be bound to afford all reasonable facilities to the officer authorised under sub-section
3. (1) for such inspection.
