Maintenance of records

1. (1) Every person or organization involved in the production, supply, distribution or use of bovine semen or providing artificial insemination services shall maintain such records and registers as may be prescribed.
2. (2) Such records and registers shall be open to inspection by such authority, as may be authorized by the Government in this behalf, during working hours.
