Maintenance of registers

Maintenance of registers. —

1. (1) The Registrar shall maintain registers of Ayurvedic medical practitioners and Homeopathic medical practitioners in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
2. (2) Each register shall contain the following particulars in respect of every person registered therein—
   • (a) his full name and residential address;
   • (b) the date of his first registration;
   • (c) his qualifications;
   • (d) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
