Consequences of abolition of posts of Village Assistants

Consequences of abolition of posts of Village Assistants:- On and from the appointed day,-

1. (a) every person holding a post of Village Assistant and serving as such immediately before the said day shall be deemed to have been relieved of his post;
2. (b) the services of every such person shall stand terminated;
3. (c) every such person shall be entitled to be paid such ex-gratia amount as may be prescribed by the Government having regard to the length of service of such person:
