Insertion of new section after section 136.

After section 136 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted:— "Commissioner not to sanction bhilding plan unless plan relating to Water supply etc. is in conformity with rules and regulations. 136A. All building plans submitted to the Commissioner for sanction shall conform to such rules or regulations as may be framed in this behalf relating to water-supply, drainage, privy and urinal accommodation within the premises and sewerage, and no building plan shall be sanctioned by the Commissioner unless the same so conforms.".
