Approval of Collector and other authorities

Every partition made under this chapter by proprietors or by an arbitrator or arbitrators shall be subject to the approval of the Collector and the confirmation of the Commissioner: Provided that no such partition shall be disallowed except-

1. (a) on the ground of fraud, or
2. (b) on the ground that the partition cannot be confirmed without endangering the safety of the land-revenue.
