No. 259-L.-17th March, 2023.—The following Act of the West Bengal Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor, is hereby published for general information:—

THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (NO. 1) ACT, 2023. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 17th March, 2023.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2023.

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2023;

It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
