No Power to affiliate any institution

Statutory text
The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centre, Study Centre, Research Centre and Career Academy Centre within State after prior approval of State Government/UGC after five years of establishment of University but shall have no power to admit any other college or institution to the privileges of affiliation.
