Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code of Uttarakhand Rules, Second Amendment Rules, 2025

(1) These Rules may be called the Uniform Civil Code (Second Amendment) Rules, Uttarakhand, 2025. (2) It shall come into force at once.

In the Uniform Civil Code Rules, Uttarakhand, 2025, in the end of sub rule (3) of rule 9 explanation shall be inserted as follows, namely:- "Explanation:- The provisions of sub-rules (3) (h), (3) (j), (3) (m) (iv) (a), (3) (m) (iv) (b), (3) (m) (vi) (a), (3) (m) (vi) (b) and (3) (m) (vi)(c) shall not apply in the case of acknowledgement of a registered marriage."
