Override effect of other laws

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act, or rules or regulations or by-laws made thereunder, shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in other law, enacted by the State Legislature and for the time being in force in the State of Uttarakhand.
