Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Indian Stamp (Uttar Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2024.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come in to force with effect from December 28, 2023.
