The Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of, namely;- (a) the Vice-Chancellor- (b) the Finance Officer –Secretary; (c) Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the State Government of the Higher Education Department; (d) Four members nominated by the promoting trust. (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, Rules, Statutes, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University. (3) The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be Such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
