Power to borrow
The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Medical Education University Act, 2014Education2014101 sections
Statutory text
The University may, for any of the purposes prescribed by the Government, borrow money from a bank or a corporation. Where the total amount borrowed exceeds Rs. 5,00,00,000 prior approval of the Government shall be obtained for such borrowing.
