No Power to Affiliate any Institution

The University may have constituent colleges, Regional Center Study Centers, Research Centers and Career Academic Centre but shall have no power to admit any other college or institution to the privileges of affiliation. Neither any other society nor trust other than Graphic Era Educational Society shall be entitled to vest any teaching institute etc. in the University.
