Exception

Nothing in the Act shall apply to recruitment to any post— (a) in the Secretariat of the State Legislature; (b) under the high court; (c) under the State Public Service Commission; (d) under the Lokayukta appointed under the Uttrakhand Lokayukta Act, 2014; (e) .
