Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Board" means the Uttarakhand State Mineral Development Board constituted under section 3, (b) ‘"Prescribed" means prescribed by the rules under this Act. (c) “Government” means the Government of the Uttarakhand; (d) “Member” means member of the Board and include its chairman, (e) “Legislative Assembly” means Legislative Assembly of the Uttarakhand.
