Amendment of section 15

For section 15 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted; namely. "15. The State Government may provide for grant of a advance loan, not exceeding rupees twenty five lac at the applicable interest rate of G.P.F., for any purpose, to any member whether or not he holds any office referred to in clause (c) of section 2, or has held any office as member of House which includes Leader of opposition: Provided that the amount of advance loan shall be repaid in equal monthly instalments of ten years."
