Power to levy charge on the consumption of sale of electricity

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, there may be levied by the Authority, with the previous sanction of the State Government, cess at a rate, not exceeding ten paise per kwh, on the consumption or sale of electricity in the special development area.
